Dismantle and reassemble a Seagull ST3600 and then assemble it, oil and regulate the watch to industry standards.

On this course, you will fully dismantle, service, reassemble, oil, and regulate a Seagull ST3600 pocket watch movement using professional horological techniques. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a working timepiece you serviced yourself.
No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and a steady hand. This course is the perfect introduction to the fascinating world of mechanical timepieces.
What You’ll Learn
Day 1 – Understanding & Disassembly
Begin your journey into horology by exploring the inner workings of the watch. Learn how each component functions before carefully dismantling and cleaning the Seagull ST3600 movement.
Day 2 – Reassembly & Lubrication
Put your watch back together step by step, mastering precision techniques in reassembly and the correct application of oils for professional performance.
Day 3 – Casing & Regulation
Complete your watch by casing and regulating it for accurate timekeeping. The course ends with a discussion on maintaining your watch and the next steps in your horological training.
