The starting point for any person looking to get into practical work, especially within horology. The course covers and looks at all the basic skills needed within a workshop through the construction of a poractical project piece to give real world experience to the skills being taught as well as a project that can be taken home for use in your own workshop.
Small Lathe and Skills Development
09 September - 11 September
This hands-on course is designed to consolidate and develop the skills introduced in the Introduction to Hand and Machine Skills. Over three days, students will complete a series of tutor-led fabrication exercises that strengthen their confidence and precision in workshop practice.
